Before the proposition of always comes a noun

This type (noun) of book is important.

He is a coworker (noun) of mine

A person(noun) of 15 years experience.

After “the ” noun appears

The development(noun) happens soon.

The great development(noun) happens soon. - The here is applicable for the noun. adjective great is for the noun development.

The city(noun) offers a great vibe.

Before a noun adjective comes.

The great (adjective) development happens soon.

After a noun verb comes

The great development (verb)happens soon

After “to” verb in the base form comes - in present tense

After A or An singular noun will come

After singular noun verb will have “s”
